Legacy Church VBS 2025 Our 5-day VBS program is a thrilling summer adventure designed for children in Kindergarten through Grade 6. Each day, kids will explore how God’s faithfulness has never changed—riding the rails through Bible stories, hands-on crafts, fun games, tasty snacks, and energetic worship! This year’s theme is: “Wonder Junction: Marvel at Jesus, Live for His Glory.” Throughout the week, kids will discover: 🚂 Is God always there, even when life gets hard? 🚂 How do I know God keeps His promises? 🚂 Can I trust God with my future? 🚂 Why should I follow Jesus? 🚂 What does it mean to live by faith?
At Wonder Junction, your kids will journey from one powerful Bible stop to another—learning how God's faithfulness can be trusted from Genesis to Revelation! We’ll wrap up the week with a special Family Day on Friday, July 25th at 12:00 PM, featuring a celebration and pizza party to share what the children have learned all week.
As always, we strive to keep VBS free for all attendees. Donations are appreciated and tax-deductible. If you have any questions or would like to support this event, please contact us at 561-965-0363 ext. 1. Thank you in advance.
VBS will be held Monday, July 21st - Friday, July 25th, 2025 at Legacy Church Ministries, 400 Jackson Ave. Greenacres, FL. Activities will begin at 9:00am and conclude at 12:00pm each day, Monday-Friday. We will have a special time on Friday, July 25th at 12:00pm for our families to join us for a pizza party and to share with you what we've learned all week!
Dear Parents, As we head into the summer months, we want to encourage you to join us in helping prevent the summer slide—the learning loss that can happen when students are away from the classroom for an extended time. While rest and fun are essential parts of summer, keeping young minds active will help ensure your child is ready to thrive when school resumes in the fall. Summer is the perfect opportunity to be creative and intentional about learning. There are many ways to keep your child engaged that don’t feel like schoolwork at all! Check out our GCA Summer 2025 Adventure Bingo game below. See how many things you can cross off this summer! Explore, Learn, and Grow Together
Visit local historical sites around Palm Beach County! Check out places like the Flagler Museum, the Norton Museum of Art, or historic downtown Lake Worth.
Attend community and church events. Don't forget about Legacy Church's Vacation Bible School (July 21-25) >REGISTER HERE<
Learn something new together! Encourage your child to try a new hobby or skill using kid-friendly educational content on platforms like YouTube. From learning how to bake a new recipe to trying basic coding, the possibilities are endless.
Get outside and explore nature! Take a walk through a local park or nature trail and turn it into a scavenger hunt or science adventure. Have your child journal or draw about what they discover.
If you’re traveling as a family, take a few moments to research the places you’ll visit—their history, culture, and significance. Involve your child in this research so they feel part of the journey and learn along the way.
Summer doesn’t have to mean a break from learning. It’s a chance to learn differently, together, and in ways that are memorable and meaningful. Thank you for continuing to partner with us in your child’s education. We pray your summer is full of fun, rest, and exciting opportunities to grow.
